 Document Management property, management of maintenance contracts for facilities owned;- assurance personnel (plumber, electrician, mason, painter, manager, accountant, lawyer .....);
- rent collection;
- management of the sums of money received, necessary and proper reporting of spending;
- remittances in country and abroad;
- checking and paying bills (maintenance, water, electricity, telephone, TV, cable) of taxes;
- asigurarea proprietăţii şi urmărirea încasării despăgubirilor;
- representation of the owner against third parties (public authorities, utilities companies, owners' associations);
- Fiscal representation;
 obtaining approval, the amendment utilities (telephone, electricity) to rent by legal persons;- management of the renovation and development established by the owner;
- Regular visits to the property;
- reaction time tracking of construction, verify and assess the general condition of the property;
- support the rental property;
- concluding minutes of instruction / acquisition of property;
