 owners' associations;
- availability of material resources needed maintenance and repair of common property elements; responsibility of integrity;
- notice to the Executive Committee and take measures necessary for the timely and efficient maintenance and repair;
- follow completion of contracts with natural or legal persons for: repairs, rental of premises or items of common property, social activities and other activities;
- supervision of the works of repair and maintenance and attending their reception, noting their completion, ensuring that appropriate payments work status;
