RCB GARDEN & Facility Management provides contract management, financial management and administration of property owners' association. Amount of administration is determined by the condominium: each scale is, if counted, if there are splitters, the number of apartments has, if any debtor to pay monthly contributions, large arrears to suppliers and others. The actual value of the contract will be determined after inspection of the condominium and technical information on the finances of the association.
